In Winter 2008-09 I went to meet Ben Little after he got done with the Peace Corp in Africa in Mysore, India to practice and learn Ashtanga Yoga from the source: K. Pattabhi Jois's school. Later we went north to see the Himalayas and learn other kinds of yoga. I also later got to see the Dalai Lama and some amazing Buddhist sites. Truly an incredible trip.
